1. Introduction
Jivaseva OÜ (operating under the brand name "Typeza") operates the Typeza personality typing platform at typeza.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Jivaseva OÜ is a company registered in Estonia with registration number 12142627.
By creating an account or using Typeza, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. General Information About Our Service
Typeza provides AI-powered personality typing based on socionics theory. We want you to understand the nature of our data processing:
- No sensitive information processing: We do not collect or process sensitive personal information such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or biometric data for identification purposes.
- Non-invasive questions: Our interview questions are designed to be general and conversational. They focus on everyday preferences, communication styles, and thinking patterns, not personal or private matters.
- Speech pattern analysis: Our AI analyzes how you express yourself (linguistic patterns, sentence structure, word choice) rather than the specific content of what you say. This helps determine cognitive preferences without requiring you to share sensitive information.
- For EU users: Our personality typing results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not produce legal effects concerning you and do not significantly affect you within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
- Confidentiality: Your responses and personality type results are strictly confidential and are never shared publicly without your explicit consent.

Payment Processing
Stripe
Handles all payment processing. We do not store your credit card details: they go directly to Stripe's secure servers.
Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy
Transcription
Soniox
Provides real-time speech-to-text transcription. Audio is streamed for processing and is not stored by Soniox or us.

Analytics
PostHog
Product analytics, to understand which features are used and where people get stuck. Hosted in the European Union. It records only the events we have chosen to record, does not record your screen, and is never sent your email address.
Basic usage statistics are collected for all users: which screens and features are used, together with the technical information described in section 5.4 (IP-derived country and city, device type, language). After you sign in, this activity is linked to your account ID. This processing stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)), and you may object at any time by contacting us (section 21).
With your consent, we additionally store a random identifier in your browser or app storage, so repeat visits count as one person even before you sign in. You can withdraw this at any time in cookie preferences.
Privacy Policy: posthog.com/privacy

Google, Apple, Facebook OAuth
Optional social login providers. When you sign in with these services, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) according to the permissions you grant.
